Our Team

Ernest K. Norming

Founder & Chief Operating Officer

As the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Azanaya Oasis Living, I am passionate about creating opportunities that empower individuals to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Our organization was established on the belief that compassionate care extends beyond the home—it reaches into our communities through meaningful service, advocacy, and outreach.

As a former federal employee with extensive leadership experience supporting critical government organizations, I have built my career on integrity, accountability, and a commitment to improving the lives of others. My professional journey, combined with my experience as a Disability Support Worker with JewishCare in Sydney, Australia, has given me a deep appreciation for person-centered care and the importance of helping people maintain their independence while receiving the support they deserve.

Beyond my professional career, I have dedicated many years to humanitarian and faith-based outreach initiatives in Ghana through organizations including Champions Outreach, Kids Rescue Mission, True Worshippers Prophetic Dance Ministries, and Empowered Women in Motion. These experiences have included youth mentorship, prison visitation, community engagement, and support programs for vulnerable individuals and families.

One of my greatest passions is developing outreach programs and community campaigns that support veterans as they transition into civilian life with dignity, purpose, and renewed hope. Through strategic partnerships, mentorship, wellness initiatives, housing support, and community engagement, I believe every veteran deserves access to the resources and encouragement needed to rebuild, thrive, and successfully reintegrate into society.

At Azanaya Oasis Living, we are committed to providing exceptional care while building stronger communities where Compassion, Dignity, and Independence remain at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to making a lasting impact—one person, one family, and one community at a time.

As a proud United States Army veteran, I have dedicated my career to serving others with integrity, compassion, and excellence. With a strong background in supply chain management, housing administration, healthcare coordination, and client advocacy, I understand that exceptional care goes beyond meeting daily needs—it is about preserving dignity, promoting independence, and building meaningful relationships. Throughout my career, I have led teams, managed complex operations, coordinated care for vulnerable individuals, and maintained the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and service excellence.

At Azanaya Oasis Living, our mission reflects the values I have embraced both in military service and throughout my professional career: Compassion, Dignity, and Independence.
